know that the <b><i>I Support Libraries</i></b> license plate bill (H. 3903) will
be taken up the week of Feb 16-18 by the House Education and Public Works
Committee. Jim will give us an update with the names of people who need
to be contacted to report the bill favorably out of committee. Here is a link
