S. 1392 (bill includes the I Support Libraries license tag bill) made it to the House before the May 1st deadline.
H. 4590---Public Library Trespass Bill---recommitted to Criminal Laws Subcommittee by full Judiciary Committee effectively killing the bill for the year.

S. 1392 will be considered by the House Education and Public Works Motor Vehicles Subcommittee Wednesday, May 12th at 9:00 am.
Senate sent the amended General Appropriations Bill back to the House, which has not considered it yet. It is not clear if the House will approve the fees the Senate added to the budget. Otherwise, there is little difference in the two bills.
NOTE: May 1st was the deadline for one body to send legislation to the other for consideration this session. It requires 2/3s vote for a body to consider such legislation. This means it will be difficult for H. 4590 (public library trespass bill) to be passed this session.
